CVC value creation depends on having experienced investment professionals in the right places identifying the right opportunities.
CVC’s investment team, led by 30 partners, is responsible for identifying, evaluating and negotiating acquisition opportunities and assisting our management teams in developing the businesses acquired by our funds.
Our professionals represent 17 nationalities and operate locally in 13 languages. On average a CVC partner has been with us for 11 years. The whole of our professional staff has over 420 aggregated years of combined private equity experience.
